All PayPal transaction on this website are processed by our sister company Horse & Pony Boutique (www.horseandponyboutique.com). The business name which will appear on your PayPal or Credit Card transactions will be ‘HorsePonyBoutique’. Once your transaction is completed you will be transferred back to the Elysium Couture website.

Elysium Courture reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice if any product becomes unavailable from their suppliers.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Cart’ or ‘View Cart & Checkout’ (enter any discount code) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We currently only offer our web service to those in the UK, we shall be expanding to other areas shortly.
We accept all major credit cards which are processed through PayPal. We charge for the item at the moment of purchase.
Cancelling an Order:
Elysium Couture endeavors to process your order as soon as possible after Checkout so you can receive your goods in a timely manner. Once you have hit the Purchase button at Checkout we begin to process your order. If you decide after Checkout that you would like to cancel your order please contact us instantly by email or phone 01254 696864 / 07955955728 to amend your purchase.
Tax Charges
Elysium Couture does not currently charge Tax as we are not VAT registered.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card details are not held online or in storage by Elysium Couture or Horse & Pony Boutique.

Elysium Couture does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
